The defending state champions, D’Hanis have continued where they left off in 2020 – winning. They currently sit at 6-2 with losses to Johnson City (3A) and Crystal City (4A).

Runner Up:
Round Top Carmine: The Cubs started the season 3-3 with all losses being to larger classifications during tournament play.

Honorable Mention:
LaPoynor: The Fliers have started off the season a respectable 3-2. The have defeated Latexo, Campbell and Fruitvale, with losses to Frost and Big Sandy(Tyler).
