1A/2A Game Grade Team of the Week (April 10)

Game Grade Team of the Week
Gary had a great week in district action winning two district games.  In the first game of the week they defeated Timpson 2-0, and on Friday defeated then #2 rank Joaquin 5-3.  These two wins were critical for Gary to share a spot tied for 3^rd and 4^th in District 23.

Runner Up:
Gruver answered with its own great week in District 1 action.  They started the week by defeating then #5 ranked West Texas 7-1 and ended the week with a 5-1 win over Follett.  These two wins secured the top spot in District 1 at the turn of district play.

Honorable Mention:
Mumford and Overton will share Honorable Mention honors as they rounded out the week of knocking off giants by defeating two District 26 foes.  Mumford defeated then #10 Burton by a score of 3-2 and the Somerville 13-0.  These two wins put them tied for 1^st in District 26.

 Overton defeated then #18 Union Grove by a score of 8-1 and took sole possession over first place in District 19.  They improved to 5-0 in district.
