Game Grade Team of the Week
New Home Leopards – get their first (and 2nd) district wins since bringing baseball back in a 7-6 win over Tahoka and a 14-4 win over O’Donnell. New Home last had baseball in 2005.
Runner Up:
Groveton Indians – 3-0 in the Buffalo Tournament including wins over 5A Waco University and 3A Coldspring. They improve to 11-2 on the year.
Honorable Mention:
Muenster Hornets – 3-0 in tournament play improving to 10-2 but most importantly – a Basketball State Championship Saturday. Congratulations to all of Muenster.
