2A Game Grade Team of the Week 

Bosqueville – The Bulldogs went 5-0 on the week.  The defeated Crawford in District play.  They won the I-45 Woodbat Tournament going 4-0 on the weekend with wins over 4A Venus and 3A Rice, Riesel and Danbury.  In 5 games, the Bulldogs only allowed 1 run.

Runner Up:
Valley Mills – The Eagles went 4-1 on the week including 2-0 in District Play. In district, they defeated Bruceville Eddy and Moody.  In tournament play they defeating #18 Tolar and 4A Alvarado.  They lost 8-7 to 3A Clifton.

Albany – The Lions went 3-1 on the week including wins over #3 Windthorst, Archer City and 3A Peaster in Tournament play.  Coach Fairchild would also pick up win #400 this week.

Honorable Mention:
Shiner – After going 3-1 on the week, the Comanches improved to 10-1 on the season.  The went 2-1 in tournament play with wins over Gonazales and Halletsville.  They defeated Smithville in non-district action.

Wink – The Wildcats won their first game and first district game in a 7-1 win over Ozona.  This is the first year for Wink to have a baseball program.
