Runner Up:
Premont – The Cowboys went 3-0 on the week including a district win over Aqua Dulce (23-11). They defeat San Diego (15-10) and Corpus Christi West Oso (18-2) in other action.
Honorable Mention:
Kenedy picks up two important district wins. They defeated Refugio (6-3) and Woodsboro (8-6). Kenedy has not defeated Refugio since 2014. The Lions have started the season at 10-0.
