2A Game Grade Team of the Week
Evadale defeated Central Heights (3A #1) by a score of 10-6 on Saturday. They would also pick up a district win over Spurger. The Rebels moved to 11-3 on the season.
Runner Up:
Big Sandy would defeat then #15 Union Grove 8-2 in District 19 action. They also defeated Union Hill (1A #10). This put Big Sandy at 2-0 in District play and 11-2 overall.
Honorable Mention:
Hubbard defeated then #9 Mart 10-6 in District play.
