Woodville– The Eagles beat fellow playoff contenders Kirbyville (7-2) and Buna (9-1) to bring their district record to 9-0 and further strength their lead atop the standings in 22-3A.
Runner-Up:
Llano– The Yellowjackets got 2 wins this week including an upset over top 10 Blanco to keep them in the race for a district title in 25-3A.
Honorable Mention:
Grandview– The Zebras went 3-0 this week including 2 district wins over Keene Smith and a non-district win over Bowie.
Brock– The Eagles ran their district record to 10-0 in dominant fashion by beating 2nd place Early, 12-1 and 4th place Bangs, 13-3.
