Game Grade 3A Team of the Week
Banquete – The Bulldogs knocked off top 10 Bishop in 31-3A play, 5-3. Banquete capped off the week with another win over Santa Gertrudis Academy, 5-2.
Runner Up:
West – The Trojans knocked off previously undefeated (in district) Clifton on Friday, 5-2. The Trojans are now tied for second in 19-3A and are back in the top 25.
Honorable Mention:
Kirbyville – The Wildcats avenged their lone district loss by crushing Hardin the second go-around, 11-1. Kirbyville now stands alone at the top of 23-3A at 9-1.
Marion – The Bulldogs had back-to-back impressive weeks, taking down top 10 Hallettsville to jump into a tie for first in 27-3A.
