Game Grade 3A Team of the Week
Hardin – The Hornets improved their season record to 12-1 after district wins over state-ranked Kirbyville (3-2) and Port Arthur Hope (16-0). Hardin is now in the top 25.
Runner Up:
Pottsboro – The Cardinals picked up a nice non-district win over Van Alstyne (4-1) before knocking off Gunter (13-1) in a big way in 9-3A.
Honorable Mention:
Troy – The Trojans are now ranked after their impressive 6-4 victory over Groesbeck in 19-3A play.
Scurry-Rosser – Coach Valdez’s crew remained tied for 1st in 11-3A with a 3-2 win over previously ranked Sunnyvale.
