Gateway Prep – The Gators remained perfect for 2018 after picking up 4 wins in the Cameron/Rogers tournament over the weekend. Gateway notched wins over Silsbee (7-3), Buffalo (9-0), Caldwell (3-1) and Taylor (5-1).

Tidehaven – Coach Russell’s crew picked up 4 wins over 4A competition over the weekend at the Yoakum tournament. With an overall record of 7-1, Tidehaven has now jumped into the 3A top 25.
Honorable Mention
Banquete – The Bulldogs opened some eyes at the Yoakum tournament, going 3-0-1 with a 4-0 win over host Yoakum — last week’s team of the week. Banquete now sits at 9-1-1 and is included in the latest rankings.
