3A Team of the Week
Blooming Grove– The Lions had a 3-0 week in district 18-3A while not giving up a single run including a 3-0 win over #3 Malakoff to earn a co-district championship with a seeding game coming on Monday night.
Runner Up
Rains– The Wildcats had 2 big wins over fellow playoff team Grand Saline, 15-1 and 17-7, as they completed their march to the 12-3A District Championship.
Honorable Mention
Gunter– The Tigers went 3-1 including winning back-to-back games against Bells and Pottsboro to take the #1 seed in District 11-3A.
Anderson-Shiro- The Fighting Owls went 3-0 this week with wins over Hardin, Coldspring, and Tarkington to claim the District 23-3A title.
