In his sophomore season, Lee hit .345 with 3 Doubles, 1 Triple, 1 Home Run, 14 Runs, 15 RBIs and a .437 OBP. On the mound, he was 1-1 with an 0.00 ERA and 11 Ks in 6 innings. He was named the 16-5A Sophomore of the Year. Lee was also named to the Texas Sports Writers Association 5A All-State Team as a 3rd Team DH.
