Connor Phillips, Jr, OF, Magnolia West (9-12/.750/3 2B/RBI/8R/2BB).  Phillips, the lead-off hitter for the Mustangs, helped his team go 3-1 at the Border Olympics.

 

Runner-Up

Dru Baker, Sr, SS, Tomball Memorial (6-13/.462/2 2B/3HR/9RBI/9R/2BB).  Baker led the Wildcat’s offense to a 4-0 start, blasting 2 of his 3 homeruns in the same inning vs Kingwood Park.

Honorable Mention

Gerardo Sanchez, Sr, C, Donna North (10-15/.667/2 2B/RBI/8R).  Sanches, the lead-off hitter for the Chiefs, scoring 8 of the team’s 19 runs last week.
