Corpus Christi Carroll – Carroll now controls their own playoff destiny after picking up two important wins over Veterans Memorial and Flour Bluff.

Runner Up
McAllen – The Bulldogs have surpassed both Pioneer and Sharyland to earn the 31-5A championship.

Honorable Mention
Frisco Wakeland – Wakeland controls their destiny for the #1 seed in a deep district after quality wins over Liberty, Heritage and Reedy.
Port Neches–Groves – PNG once again defeated Barbers Hill and now must just win two games to claim the number one seed out of 21-5A.
Georgetown – The Eagles defeated Leander and Rouse and have won 7 straight out of 25-5A.
Elgin – The Wildcats picked up an important win over Hendrickson to move into sole possession of first place in 18-5A.
Rio Grande City – The Rattlers split with a La Joya – a top 10 6A squad.
El Paso Del Valle – Del Valle picked up a critical win over first place El Dorado to force a 3-way tie for third place in 2-5A.
