Cy Creek Cougars – Cy Creek swept Cy Fair in 2 key games, 4-3, 6-5 to put them within 1 win of clinching a playoff in the tough 17-6A District. They won the first game when they threw out a runner at home from right field in the 7th inning to preserve the 4-3 win. They won the second game in 11 innings.
Runner Up
North Shore Mustangs – Have won 8 straight including an upset win over #14 Kingwood to move into a tie for the 21-6A lead. North Shore broke into the Top 25 this week.
Honorable Mention
South Grand Prairie Warriors – Clinched 7-6A District Championship last week and has won 17 in a row. SGP is ranked #25 this week.
