6A GameGrade Team of the Week
Rockwall-Heath – The Heath Hawks went 6-0 this weekend at a very competitive DFW Clash. The Hawks picked up wins over three teams ranked in the Top 25 at the 6A and 5A levels and other quality opponents.
Runner Up
The Woodlands – The Highlanders went 5-0 at the Ferrell Classic with wins over 5A No. 9 College Station and competitive 6A squads.
Honorable Mention
Bridgeland – The Bridgeland Bears were 5-0 at the Brenham/Montgomery ISD Tournament and 5-1 on the week. Bridgeland scored 60 runs in tournament play and recorded 20 XBH (13 2B, 3 3B, 4 HR) and 18 stolen bases.
Midland Lee – The Midland Lee Rebels have been swinging it well this season. Midland Lee went 4-1 this week and picked up two District 2-6A wins behind 15 XBH (9 2B, 4 3B, 2 HR).
