High School Career
In his junior season, George hit .417 with 2 Doubles, 5 Triples, 2 Home Runs, 23 RBIs, 32 Runs, 22 Stolen Bases and a .492 OBP. He was named to the 21-6A All-District Team as a 1st Team Outfielder. He was also selected to the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association 6A All-State Team as a 2nd Team OF and to the Texas Sports Writers Association 6A All-State Team as an Honorable Mention OF.
As a sophomore, George hit .325 with 2 Doubles, 3 Triples, 15 RBIs, 39 Runs, 35 Stolen Bases, and a .516 OBP. He was named the 21-6A MVP.
