Dondreone Kennedy is a 5-11 190 SS/C/RHP for the TAPPS Division I Prestonwood Christian Academy Lions. He has committed to the University of Texas.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

High School Career
In his junior season at 4A Benbrook, Kennedy hit .438 with 9 Doubles, 5 Triples, 4 Home Runs, 32 RBIs, 40 Runs, 18 Stolen Bases, a .605 OBP and a .863 SLG. He was named the 8-4A Offensive MVP. He was also selected to the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association 4A All-State Team as a 2nd Team SS and to the Texas Sports Writers Association 4A All-State Team as a 2nd Team SS.

As a sophomore, Kennedy hit .467 with 13 Doubles, 7 Triples, 8 Home Runs, 46 RBIs, 55 Runs and 50 Stolen Bases. He was named the 8-4A Offensive Player of the Year. He was also selected to the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association 4A All-State Team as a 1st Team OF and to the Texas Sports Writers Association 4A All-State Team as a 1st Team OF.
