Hudson Head – SA Churchill, Sr, OF
9-for-13, 2B, 2 3B, 3 HR, 10 RBI, 7 R, 2 BB, 1 K
Through five games at the Comal Tournament, Head hit .692 with a .750 OBP to keep the Chargers competing in tough games against 5A No. 10 Kerrville Tivy, Eagle Pass and New Braunfels. Additionally, Head recorded six stolen bases over the weekend.

Runner Up
Jimmy Lewis – Lake Travis, Sr, 1B
12-for-23, 6 2B, 1 HR, 13 RBI, 5 R, 2 BB, 1 K
Lewis hit .522 and cranked out six doubles in seven games throughout the week to help keep the Cavaliers undefeated, including a 6-0 performance at the Langerhans-Bratcher Invitational and a 1-0 start to the district season.

Honorable Mention
Tony Garza – South Grand Prairie, Jr, 3B
8-for-13, 2B, HR, 11 RBI, 3 R, 3BB, 1 K
In four games at the Mira’s Sporting Goods Tournament, Garza hit .615 and had some big moments at the plate, including a three-run homerun against CC Ray and a three-run double against 5A No. 6 CC King.

Fabian Bernal – SA Stevens, Sr, OF
9-for-11, 3 2B, 8 RBI, 12 R, 8 BB/1 HBP, 0 K
Bernal hit a whopping .818 to help the Falcons go 5-0 at the Southwest Tournament and notch their first district win of the season. He recorded five of his RBI with two outs and swiped 11 bases.
