Jace Jung – SA MacArthur, Sr, SS

In four games as the Brahmas fought to continue their season, Jung was a force at the plate. He hit for the cycle against Lee on Thursday (2B, 1B, HR, 3B) and went 4-7 with three doubles and two RBI in MacArthur’s play-in games.

Runner Up
Cooper Jauz – Midland, Sr, 2B
5-for-6, 2 2B, 7 RBI, 1 BB, 0 K
Jauz was strong at the plate to help the Bulldogs sweep Odessa and clinch the outright 2-6A championship. He went 4-4 with a team-high four RBI in Tuesday’s 7-4 win, then led the team again with three RBI on Friday.

Honorable Mention
Masyn Winn – Kingwood, Jr, P/2B
2-for-3, 1 3B, 1 HR, 1 RBI, 2 R, 1 K
Winn accounted for half of the offense generated in Kingwood’s 4-3 win over Lake Travis on Saturday. His homerun to left sparked a three-run sixth that put the Mustangs in control of the game.
