1A Game Grade Team of the Week
Cross Plains – The Buffaloes went 3-0-1 on the week after just two practices. The defeated Baird (13-11), in tournament play the defeated Roby (10-0), Haskell (8-3) and ties Hamlin (6-6)
Runner Up:
Campbell – The Indians had their first program win in 4 years with a 5-4 win over Saltillo. This was also Coach Compton’s first win as a head coach.
Honorable Mention:
D’Hanis – The Cowboys went 3-0-1 in their first week back to action.
