2A Game Grade Team of the Week
Riviera – The Seahawks went 5-1 on the week including 5-0 in tournament play. The defeated Rockport JV (4A), Aransas Pass (3A), San Diego (3A), Rockport Fulton (#25 4A) and Boling (3A). Their loss was to 3A Lytle.
Runner Up:
Garrison had a great week. They went 4-1 on the week. The defeated Douglass (2-1), Brookeland (4-2), Waskom (8-3) and Kennard (13-0) in tournament play with their only loss to Woodville (3-11). They also defeated 4A Henderson last Tuesday.
Honorable Mention:
The Moody Bearcats went 4-0 on the weekend and won the Hamilton Tournament. They defeated Milsap (2-1), Waco JV (17-1), Hamilton JV (15-1) and Hamilton (9-2). Great weekend for the Moody Bearcats.
