New Diana Eagles – New Diana once again appears to be poised to compete for a district championship after shutting out top 10 Hughes Springs, 5-0.

Honorable Mention
Orangefield Bobcats – Orangefield played a very difficult non-district schedule, and it appears to be paying dividends after they upended top 10 Kirbyville, 3-2.
