4A Game Grade Team of the Week
Kilgore: Kilgore won 2 huge games this past week when they defeated #21 Bullard. The wins moved the Bulldogs into 1st place in 16-4A, one game ahead of Longview Spring Hill and Bullard.
Runner Up:
Lufkin Hudson: The Hornets picked up two wins with one coming against #22 Jasper. The win brings Hudson to within one game of Jasper for 2nd place in 20-4A.
Honorable Mention:
Progreso: The Red Ants had an impressive win last week when they defeated district leading Zapata 5-3. Zapata was ranked #33 at the time and put Progreso solidly into the playoff discussion for 32-4A.
