Magnolia West – The Mustangs knocked off top 5 Lake Creek, creating a log jam at the top of the 21-5A standings.

Runner Up:
Lubbock Coronado – In a very competitive 4-5A, Coronado managed 3 wins in one week to create a tie atop the standings.

Honorable Mention:
Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial – The Eagles had two key wins over King in what was a battle of district undefeateds.
