Haltom – After winning just four games in 2019, the Buffalos started this season with a 5-0 record to win the Benny Jones Classic championship. They fought back from a 5-1 deficit to clinch the victory in the title game 7-6. Great start for first-year head coach Garrett Thomas and the Buffs!

Runner-Up

Prosper – The Eagles outscored opponents 33-10 as they went 5-0 through the 380 Invitational, with wins over Coppell, Highland Park and Frisco Wakeland.

Honorable Mention

Plano East – The Panthers won their first tournament in several years with a 4-0 run through the Wylie East Tournament, outscoring opponents 34-6 and getting a signature win over Sachse behind a 13 K, complete game outing by Ben Baker-Livingston.
