Sr. SS Carson Schindler of the Hallettsville Brahmas goes 3-4 in a 16-3 win over Salado in the state semi-finals. Chris Jones also went 3-4 at the plate with 3 RBI. Jones also tossed 5.0 innings, giving up just 4 hits and 3 runs. The Brahmas will take on Hughes Springs tomorrow in the 2A state championship. 1st pitch is set for 12:00 at the Dell Diamond.
