Jacob Hasty is a 6’2” 220 lb Senior LHP/1B for the TAPPS Division 1 Liberty Christian Warriors. He has committed to Louisiana State University.

As a Junior for Ft. Worth Christian, Hasty was 5-4 with a 2.90 ERA and 97 Ks in 50.2 innings. At the plate, he hit .324 with 6 2Bs, 2 3Bs, 1 HR, 15 RBIs, 12 Runs and a .468 OBP. Hasty was named a 1st Team All-District Player on the Division II District 1 All-District Team. He was named a 2nd Team All-State Player on the TAPPS Division II All-State Team.

Hasty played for the Texas Team in the USA Baseball States Play Tournament.

As a Sophomore, Hasty hit .316 with 4 2Bs, 1 HR, 23 Runs, 18 RBIs and a .469 OBP. On the mound, he was 3-0 with a 1.35 ERA with 30 Ks in 20.2 innings. He was selected to the TAPPS Division II District 1 2nd Team All-District.

As a Freshman, Hasty hit .333 wit 2 2Bs and a .485 OBP in 37 plate appearances. On the mound, he was 2-1 with a 4.14 ERA and had 23 Ks in 15.2 innings.
