Douglas Hodo is a 6’0” 175 lb Senior Outfielder for the 4A Boerne Greyhounds. He has committed to the University of Texas.

As a Junior, Hodo hit .486 with 10 2Bs, 2 3Bs, 2 HRs, 25 RBIs, 32 Runs and 33 SBs. He was named a unanimous 1st Team OF on the 28-4A All-District Team. Hodo was selected to the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association 4A All-State Team as a 2nd Team OF and to the Texas Sports Writers Association 4A All-State Team as a 3rd Team OF.

Hodo was selected to play on the Texas Team for the USA Baseball States Play Series. He was named a 2018 Preseason Perfect Game Underclass High Honorable Mention All-American.

As a Sophomore, Hodo hit .378 with 8 2Bs, 2 3Bs, 1 HR, 30 RBIs, 39 Runs and 24 SBs. He was named a 1st Team Outfielder on the 28-4A All-District Team.

He was named a 2017 Preseason Perfect Game Underclass High Honorable Mention All-American.

As a Freshman, Hodo hit .344 with 15 Runs and 8 SBs. Hodo was named the 29-4A Newcomer of the Year and made 1st Team All-District.
