As a Sophomore, Woodson hit .355 with 9 2Bs, 3 3Bs, 27 RBIs, 22 Runs and a .491 SLG. He was named the 9-6A Newcomer of the Year. He was a Preseason Perfect Game Underclass Honorable Mention All-American.
