He was named the 26-4A MVP. He was selected to the Texas Sports Writers Association 4A All-State Team as a 1st Team Catcher and to the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association 4A All-State Team as a 3rd Team Catcher.
As a sophomore in the shortened 2020 season, Galvan hit .273 with 3 Doubles, 1 RBI and 3 Runs.
In his freshman season, Galvan hit .387 with 16 Doubles, 3 Triples, 2 Home Runs, 15 Stolen Bases, 25 RBIs and 30 Runs. He was named the 31-4A Newcomer of the Year.
