High School Career
In his junior season, Bell hit .310 with 3 Doubles, 3 Triples, 4 Home Runs, 23 RBIs, 29 Runs and a .423 OBP. He was named to the 29-5A All-District Team as a 2nd Team Shortstop. He was also named to the Texas Sports Writers Association 5A All-State Team as an Honorable Mention SS.

As a sophomore, Bell hit .310 with 8 Doubles, 1 Triple, 18 RBIs, 30 Runs and a .415 OBP. He was named to the 29-5A All-District Team as a 2nd Team 2B.
