Klein Collins’ 12-2 win over Spring DeKaney in a Thursday 15-6A District game was highlighted by 4 Home Runs, with 3 of those home runs coming from 3 brothers.   Sr Joel Rodriguez, Sr Jacob Rodriguez and Fr Josh Rodriguez all homered in the game, marking a feat that is seldom seen at any level of baseball.

SS Jacob Rodriguez started things off with a 2 Run homer in the first inning, tying the game at 2-2. In the second inning, CF Joel Rodriguez hit a solo HR to give the Tigers a 6-2 lead. Younger brother Josh, playing LF for Klein Collins, completed the brother act in the third inning with a 3 run shot increasing the lead to 9-2.

1B Angel Delfuente also hit a 2 run home run in the 2nd inning. His HR and Joel’s HR were back-to-back.
