As a junior in the shortened 2020 season, Lott was 4-0 with a 0.00 ERA and 30 Ksin 18 innings. At the plate, he hit .310 with 4 Doubles, 10 RBIs, 17 Runs and 16 Stolen Bases. Lott finished in the Top 10 among all 5A players in Wins and Stolen Bases and was one of only 16 players (11 innings minimum) in 5A to have a 0.00 ERA.
