High School Baseball
As a junior in the 2020 shortened season, Johnson was 0-3 with a 3.91 ERA and 25 Ks in 14.1 innings. At the plate, he hit .238 with 1 Double, 2 Triples, 1 Home Run, 7 Runs, 7 RBIs and a .333 OBP.
In his sophomore season, Johnson was 6-4 with a 1.51 ERA and 75 Ks in 46.1 innings. At the plate, he hit .380 with 7 Doubles, 2 Triples, 28 Runs, 21 RBIs and a .495 OBP.
As a freshman, Johnson was 3-5 with a 2.72 ERA and 76 Ks in 43.2 innings. At the plate, he hit .377 with 9 Doubles, 1 Triple, 1 Home Run, 21 Runs, 27 RBIs and a .474 OBP.
