Aaron Galvan is a 6’2” 195 lb LHP/1B/OF for the 6A Edinburg Vela Sabercats. He has committed to UT-Rio Grande Valley.
In his junior season, Galvan hit .461 with 14 2Bs, 1 HR, 26 RBIs and 29 Runs. He had a .559 OBP. On the mound, he was 0-3 with a 4.91 ERA and 29 Ks in 25.2 innings. He was a 31-6A 2nd Team All-District Outfielder and Pitcher.
As a sophomore, Galvan hit .381 with 8 2Bs, 3 3Bs, 1 HR, 28 RBIs, 23 Runs and a .580 OBP. On the mound, he was 6-5 with a 4.85 ERA and 71 Ks in 52 innings. He was a 31-5A 2nd Team All-District Outfielder.
As a freshman, Galvan had 29 plate appearances and hit .381. He had 4 appearances on the mound and was 2-0 with a 0.64 ERA.
