Blake Burrows is a 5’7”, 170 lb OF/LHP for the 6A Weatherford Kangaroos. He is committed to Kansas State University.
In his junior season, Burrows hit .366 with 5 2Bs, 1 3B, 10 RBIs, 29 Runs and 26 SBs. On the mound, he was 5-3 with a 1.71 ERA and 67 Ks in 53.1 innings. Burrows was named the 3-6A Offensive MVP. He was selected to the THSBCA 6A All-State Team as a 1st Team Outfielder and to the TSWA 6A All-State Team as an Honorable Mention Outfielder.
As a sophomore, Burrows hit .409 with 3 2Bs, 15 RBIs, 34 Runs and 15 SBs. He was named the 4-6A Sophomore MVP.
He was named to the All-Tournament Teams to both the 2016 WWBA 16U National Championship and the 2017 WWBA 17U National Championship.
