Brad Burckel is a 5’8”, 165 lb SS for the 5A Lindale Eagles. He has committed to the University of Houston.
In his junior season, Burckel hit .463 with 34 Runs, 31 SBs and a .543 OBP. His 31 SBs was 4th among all 5A players. He was named a 2nd Team SS on the 17-5A All-District Team.
As a sophomore, Burckel hit .377 with 14 RBIs, 22 Runs, and 23 SBs. He was named the 16-5A Co-Offensive Player of the Year.
Burckel was named to the All-Tournaments Teams at the 2016 WWBA 16U World Championship and the 2017 WWBA 17U World Championship.
