As a junior, Brown hit .476 with 17 2Bs, 6 HRs, 37 RBIs, and 45 Runs. On the mound, he was 9-2 with 103 Ks and a 1.01 ERA. He was the 8-4A MVP. Brown was named a 3rd Team Pitcher and Honorable Mention SS on the TSWA All-State Team. He was also selected to the THSBCA All-State Team as a 1st Team Pitcher.

Brown played on the 2017 Ranger Area Code Team.

In his sophomore year, Brown hit .438, 8 2Bs, 4 3Bs, 2 HRs, 32 RBIs and 28 Runs. On the mound, he was 12-0 with 101 Ks and a 0.93 ERA. He was named the 7-4A MVP. He was also selected as a 1st Team SS and Honorable Mention Pitcher on the TSWA All-State Team and First Team Pitcher on the THSBCA All-State Team.

Brown played on the 2016 Ranger Area Code Underclassman Team.

As a freshman, Brown hit .383 with 7 2Bs, 19 RBIs and 17 Runs. On the mound, he was 3-0 with 53 Ks and a 1.82 ERA. He was named 7-4A Newcomer of the year.
