Cade Bormet is a 6’3”, 205 lb Senior Catcher for the 6A San Antonio Reagan Rattlers. He has committed to the University of Missouri.
As a junior, Bormet hit .321 with 9 2Bs, 1 HR, 23 RBis and 20 Runs. He was selected unaminously to the 26-6A All-District Team as a 1st Team Catcher.
In his sophomore year, Bormet hit .389 with 12 2Bs, 30 RBIs and 29 Runs. He was selected as a 1st Team Outfielder on the 26-6A All-District Team.
Bormet was selected to play for the Texas Rangers Underclassmen Area Code Team in 2015.
As a freshman, Bormet hit .385 with 40 Runs scored, stealing 17 out of 17 stolen bases. He was named as a 1st Team Outfielder on 26-6A All-District Team.
He was selected to play in the 15U Perfect Game World Bat Tournament and was named to the All-Tournament Team after hitting .467 with a slugging percentage of .733
Bormet is the QB for the San Antonio Reagan football team.
He played summer ball with the South Texas Sliders.
