THSB Player Profile: Connor Phillips, Sr, OF/P, Magnolia West

Connor Phillips is a 6’2″, 180 lb OF/P from Magnolia West High School.  Phillips is committed to play college ball for LSU.

 

Phillips was an honorable mention Under Armour player in 2017 and jumped up to the second team in 2018.  In addition, Phillips is a member of the 2018 Rangers Area Code roster.

 

As a junior, Phillips hit .410, had an ERA of 1.75 and struck out 67 batters.

 

As a sophomore, Phillips hit .298 with 11 RBI.  On the mound, he had a 1.94 ERA to go along with 46 strikeouts.
