Devin Fontenot is 6’2” 178 lb Senior RHP for the 6A The Woodlands Highlanders. He has committed to Louisiana State University.
In his Junior season, Fontenot was 7-2 with a 1.16 ERA and 78 Ks in 66 innings. He was selected to the 16-6A All-District Team as a 1st Team Pitcher. He also made the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association All-State Team as a 3rd Team Pitcher.
In his Sophomore year, Fontenot was the #2 starter and ended up 2-3 with a 4.87 ERA and 52 Ks in 41 innings pitched.
He was selected to the Texas Rangers Area Code Underclassmen Team in 2015.
He has played Summer Ball with the Houston Select-McAdams Team.
