THSB Player Profile: Drew Minter, Sr, OF/RHP, Clear Springs

Drew Minter is a 6’1” 195 lb Senior OF/RHP for the 6A Clear Springs Chargers. He has committed to the University of Houston.

In his junior season, Minter hit .326 with 6 2Bs, 5 HRs, and 22 RBIs. He was selected a 2nd Team Outfielder on the 24-6A All-District Team.

In his sophomore year, Minter was 1-4 on the mound but had an impressive 1.40 ERA with 35 Ks in 30 innings pitched. He was named Honorable Mention Pitcher on the 24-6A All-District Team.

Minter was selected to the Texas Rangers Underclassmen Area Code Team in 2015.
