Gabe Castillo is a 6’0”, 190 lb RHP/Catcher for the Riviera Kaufer Seahawks. He has committed to Texas Tech University.

In his junior season, Castillo hit .500 with 14 2Bs, 7 HRs, 20 Runs and 47 RBIs. On the mound, he was 7-0 with 66 Ks in 40.1 innings. He was named the 32-2A MVP.

As a sophomore, Castillo hit .452 with 13 2Bs, 3 3Bs, 2 HRs, 32 RBIs and 44 Runs. On the mound, he was 8-0 with 103 Ks, and a 1.75 ERA. He was named as the 32-2A Offensive MVP. He was selected to the THSBCA 2A All-State Team as a 3rd Team Shortstop and to the TSWA 1A All-State Team as an Honorable Mention SS.

As a freshman, Castillo hit .471, with 16 2Bs, 1 HR, 23 RBIs and 32 Runs. On the mound, he was 6-1 with 94 Ks and 0.66 ERA. He was named to the 32-2A All-District Team as a 1st Team SS.
