THSB Player Profile: Heston Kjerstand, Sr, OF, Canyon Randall

Heston Kjerstad is a 6’3” 180 lb Senior Outfielder for the Canyon Randall Raiders. He has committed to the University of Arkansas.

In his junior year, Kjerstad hit .490 with 10 2Bs, 7 3Bs, 2 HRs, 33 Runs and 43 RBIs. He was named the 3-5A MVP.

Kjerstad was selected to the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association 5A All-State Team as a 1st Team Outfielder. He was also named to the Texas Sports Writers All State Team as a 1st Team Outfielder.

As a sophomore Kjerstad hit .435. He was named the Newcomer of the Year for District 3-5A. He was selected to the Texas Sports Writers All-State Team as a 3rd Team Outfielder.

Kjerstad hit .524 and made the All-Tournament Team at the Connie Mack World Series in 2015.

He played summer ball with the Dallas D-Bat 17u Robertson team.
