THSB Player Profile: JJ Goss, Sr, OF/P, Cy Ranch

JJ Goss is a senior, 6’3″, 185 lb OF/P for Cypress Ranch out of Houston.  Goss is committed to play college ball for Texas A&M University in College Station.

The right-hander managed to burst onto the scene this past year and made the first-team Under Armour list.  Goss was also honored as a TSWA third-team all-state pitcher.  He was also selected to the All-USA Texas Baseball First Team.

Goss was selected to play at the Perfect Game All-American Classic earlier this month and played on the Rangers Area Code Team this summer.

As a junior, Goss picked up 10 wins on the mound.  He struck out 93 batters and had an ERA of 1.36.
