In his junior season, Hilton was 4-6 with a 2.33 ERA and 86 Ks in 60 innings. He was named a 1st Team Pitcher on the 3-6A All-District Team. He was selected as a 1st Team Pitcher on the All-Parker County Baseball Team.
As a sophomore, Hilton was 2-1 with a 3.72 ERA and 35 Ks in 22.1 innings.
He was named to the All-Tournament Teams at the 2016 WWBA 16U National Championship and the 2017 WWBA 17U National Championship.
