As a sophomore, Durand hit .319 with a .407 OBP, 3 2Bs, 5 3Bs, 2 HRs, 21 RBIs and 30 Runs. He was named a 1st Team Outfielder on the 20-4A All-District Team.
As a freshman, Duran hit .338 with a .476 OBP, 2 2Bs, 2 3Bs, 1 HR, 17 RBIs and 23 Runs. He was named the 20-4A Newcomer of the Year.
