Tanner Witt is a 6’6” 205 SS/RHP for the Southwest Preparatory Conference Bellaire Episcopal Knights. He has committed to the University of Texas.

High School Baseball

As a junior, Witt hit .375 with 13 2Bs, 6 HRs, 27 RBIs and 39 Runs. On the mound, he was 6-1, with a 0.00 ERA and 80 Ks in 47.1 innings. Witt was named to the 2019 Southwest Preparatory Conference Baseball All-Conference Team.

As a sophomore, Witt hit .376 with 5 HRs, 40 RBIs, 32 Runs, a .485 OBP and a .709 SLG%. On the mound he was 7-1 with a 1.69 ERA and 65 K’s in 49.2 innings. Witt was named to the 2018 Southwest Preparatory Conference Baseball All-Conference Team.

In his freshman year, Witt hit .364 with 15 2Bs, 5 HRs, 30 Runs and 40 RBIs. On the mound, he was 3-1 with 17 Ks in 20.1 innings. Witt was named to the 2018 Southwest Preparatory Conference Baseball All-Conference Team.
