Tyler LaRue is a 6’1” 215 Catcher/RHP for the 3A Blanco Panthers. He is uncommitted.

As a Junior, LaRue hit .411 with 3 2Bs, 1 3B and 22 Runs. He was named 25-3A 1st Team All-District.

LaRue was selected to play for the Nationals Area Code Team this past summer.

As a Sophomore, LaRue was 6-2 with 32 Ks and a 1.72 ERA. He also hit .360 with 4 2Bs, 2 3Bs, 1 HR, 12 RBIs and 15 Runs. He was named 25-3A 1st Team All-District.

As a Freshman, LaRue was 5-2 with 32 Ks and a 1.29 ERA and had a .325 Batting Average. He was named the 25-3A Newcomer of the Year.
